Starred as ‘Father Janovich’ in the feature film GRAN TORINO opposite Clint Eastwood. Critic Roger Ebert, giving the film 3.5 stars, wrote “Along the way, [Eastwood] fends off the sincere but very young parish priest (a persuasive Christopher Carley)”. Critic Ed Morrissey wrote, “Gran Torino is a terrific film….Christopher Carley turns what could have been a cardboard role as a young priest into an affecting performance.”

Television Guest Star credits include THE CRAZY ONES for CBS, HOUSE for FOX, CSI: NY, VERONICA MARS for the CW, and THE SOPRANOS for HBO. Carley played the recurring role of Jeff in the Aaron Sorkin NBC series, STUDIO 60. Stand up includes The Comedy Store and The Ha Ha Café in LA. Upcoming shows in NY at Dangerfields and The Broadway Comedy Club.  Carley is also a very active commercial and voice over actor, doing campaigns for Motorola, Subway, TD Ameritrade, Differin, McDonalds, and KFC.  Carley made his Broadway debut at age 20 as “Ray” in THE BEAUTY QUEEN OF LEENANE for director Garry Hynes.
